Charges for Hiring Empire Hall

The following fees are charged for the hire of the hall

Private Function- $120.00 plus bond $200 (Progeress Members $80 plus $200 Bond)
Commercial Venture -$120.00 plus bond $200
Day Time Meeting - $30.00 No bond
Night Meeting - $30.00 No bond
Wake - $20.00 No bond

Members need to have been financial members for the previous 2 financial years to receive members rates.

GUIDELINES CONCERNING THE HIRE OF THE HALL

When booking the hall through the shop, person hiring the hall or contents has to notify one of the executive within three days of the booking.

• Items from the hall are to remain in the hall (or within 3m of the front doors of the hall)
• The person responsible for the hiring of the hall (or their named delegate) is to be in the hall during the whole time of its hire
• The person hiring the hall (or their named delegate) is responsible for leaving the hall clean (including the kitchen and toilets), also for completing the checklist (on the kitchen door) and for returning the key
• New Tables are not to be removed from the hall
• Red and Blue plastic chairs are not to be removed from the hall
• Nothing that is likely to damage the floors is to be brought into the hall

GUIDELINES FOR HIRE OF THE EQUIPMENT FROM THE HALL

• Hire of all,equipment from the hall

Non Members - $50.00
Members - $20.00
Members need to have been financial members for the previous 2 financial years to receive member's rates

• Part hire is at the discretion of the Executive
Any problems arising from the hire of the hall or hire of the equipment will be discussed with the immediate executive (President secretary and treasurer). Resolution of any problems is at their discretion.

Fee and Bond for hiring the hall or equipment must be paid when the key is collected from the Hargraves Store.

• Equipment hired from the hall must be returned within 3 days
• All breakages must be paid for
