Enrolment Requirements

All parents of new enrolments are required to complete an enrolment form, a permission form to publish student details in school newsletters and a mini-excursion permission note.

Parents of children entering Kindergarten are required to provide proof of birth and proof of immunisation.

The school also needs to be informed of any custody arrangements, etc that may affect your child.

Allergies

Parents of children who suffer from any allergies, have a medical condition or take prescribed medication need to inform the Principal.
A separate and detailed form will be provided on enrolment.

Absences

All absences from school must be explained. This can be done by phoning the school, speaking to the teacher in person or by a written note.
Printed notes are available from the office.

Emergency Contact Details

Sometimes children fall ill at school or have an accident. An up-to-date list of emergency contact details is kept at school in case of an accident or illness. Parents are asked to inform the school of any changes to their nominated emergency contacts.
